Because we care for our Customers’ health Lajkonik snacks are baked only based on natural ingredients, without using any enhancers, food colourings or preservatives.
 
Essential vegetable oils necessary for normal body development are used in the production of Lajkonik Crackers. The palm oils used contain unsaturated fatty acid (UFA) and vitamin E, compounds recommended for an anti-cholesterol diet.
Palm oil is sprayed onto Lajkonik Crackers just after baking so it doesn’t loose its nutritional value because of the high temperature inside the oven.
 
 
Thanks to the original recipes, Lajkonik’s sticks, crackers, pretzels and Lajkonik Tasty Mix retain their taste, freshness, crispness and crunchiness for a long time. This is the result of using special dough preparation technology and relatively low water content in our products.
 
 
We have been proud of our baking tradition for many years. Our experience in baking savoury snacks allows us to prepare sticks, pretzels and crackers especially adapted to polish consumers.
 
Besides, our baking technology makes sticks and pretzels stand out from other snacks thanks to their relatively low calorie content – 1 stick has only 5 kcal, and 1 pretzel has only 4 kcal.
 
Colourful cracker sandwiches prepared with cottage cheese, vegetables or fruits not only decorate the table and enrapture with their flavour but are also a light (1 Lajkonik Cracker has only 24 kcal) and so very nourishing snack. Carefully selected ingredients mean high nutritional value.
